These terms cover your use of the A1 Competitions website and your account. Entering a competition is governed separately by our Competition Terms and Conditions, which take priority if the two ever conflict.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep them up to date, keep your password private, and not share your account or hold more than one. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or our Competition Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to do anything unlawful, to enter competitions on behalf of someone else, to use bots or automated tools, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its data, to introduce malicious code, to copy or scrape content, or to harass staff or other users. Content you post, for example in reviews or messages, must be your own, lawful and not offensive, and we may remove it.

Our content

The site, its design, text, images and branding belong to A1 Competitions Limited or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal use only. Prize images are supplied by manufacturers and suppliers and remain their property.

Links and third parties

The site may link to other websites and services, including Facebook, Instagram and Trustpilot. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and do not guarantee it will be available or error free at all times. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland you may rely on the consumer protection rules of your home nation and bring proceedings in its courts.
