Taking part in our competitions is simple. Here is a step-by-step guide. This page is a summary; the full Terms and Conditions apply to every competition.
Enter the draw
Buy tickets through our website, or enter for free by sending us a postcard with your details (see the Free Entry tab on any competition page, or section 5 of the Terms and Conditions). Paid and free entries have exactly the same chance of winning.
Watch the draw
Check the competition page for the draw date and time. Every draw is run through TrueNorth, a certified and independently verifiable random number generator. Some draws are streamed live on our social channels; others are drawn automatically at the closing time and the winner is announced on the competition page. Either way, the result can be checked independently.
Receive your prize
We will contact the winner by email within 7 days of the draw and arrange delivery or payment. Share your win with our community by sending us a photo with your prize, which we may feature on our Winners page with your permission.
General rules
- 18+ and UK only. You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
- Debit cards only. We do not accept credit cards.
- No refunds. Tickets are entries in a draw and are non-refundable once your order is confirmed, unless we cancel the competition.
- Ticket limits vary. Each competition page shows how many tickets one person may hold.
- We draw on the published date whether or not every ticket has sold, unless the competition page states that the draw may be extended.
- Cash alternatives are offered only where the competition page says so.
- Instant wins. Some competitions carry extra prizes fixed to ticket numbers in advance. You find out instantly whether your ticket has one, and your ticket stays in the main draw either way.
Claiming your prize
- Look out for our email. The winner's email includes instructions on how to claim.
- Verify your details. We may ask for proof of age, identity and address before paying out.
- Claim within 14 days. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of first contact, we may redraw the prize.
